The Lite Version of Our Pyrithione Zinc Soap: A Gentle Solution for Sensitive Skin

This is the lite version of our Pyrithione Zinc soap, designed for those who are sensitive to Pyrithione Zinc or who use our zinc soap in a long-term maintenance regime (multiple times a week for years). The 1% Pyrithione Zinc in this bar is a bit more gentle on sensitive skin compared to our standard 2% Pyrithione Zinc soap.

DermaHarmony 1% Pyrithione Soap is formulated to control and reduce the symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff. Pyrithione Zinc helps relieve itching, irritation, redness, flaking, and scaling associated with these conditions.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: 1% Pyrithione Zinc (also known as Zinc Pyrithione, ZPT, ZNP, ZNPT, ZINCPT).

INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Saponified Oils (from palm and coconut), Water, Glycerin (from vegetable oil), Titanium Dioxide (a natural mineral), Oatmeal, Olive Oil, Vitamin E, Table Salt, Salt of Pentetic Acid.

DIRECTIONS: For best results, use daily or as directed by your doctor. Work up a lather using warm water and gently massage into affected areas. Leave in contact with skin for at least 30 seconds. Rinse well. Use on the affected skin in place of your regular soap. In case of accidental ingestion, contact a physician or poison control center immediately.

Some customers may experience a drying of their skin when using this soap, so it's recommended to start with one application and then gradually work up to daily use. You may increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. You may follow cleansing with the natural moisturizer of your choosing.

This bar is identical to our 2% Pyrithione Zinc bar, with the exception of the lowered amount of zinc. It is designed for those who require prolonged, continual use to relieve itching, flaking, irritation, redness, and irritation while removing oil, dirt, and debris. This natural soap is free from dyes, fragrance, lanolin, parabens, PEG, petroleum, and formaldehyde releasers, and is made in the USA as a registered OTC drug (NDC 71819-010-04).
