This soap is specially formulated to address the symptoms associated with seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff, particularly on the face and scalp, such as itching, redness, irritation, scaling, and flaking.

The soap's active ingredient is 2% Pyrithione Zinc (also known as Zinc Pyrithione, ZPT, ZNP, ZNPT, ZINCPT, or OM-1563), a natural antiseptic, antifungal, and antibacterial compound. The inactive ingredients include saponified oils (from palm and coconut), water, glycerin (from vegetable oil), titanium dioxide (a natural mineral), oatmeal, olive oil, vitamin E, and the salt of pentetic acid.

For best results, the soap should be used daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. To use, work up a lather with warm water and gently massage the soap into the affected areas. Allow it to remain in contact with the skin for at least 30 seconds before rinsing thoroughly. It can be used in place of your regular soap on the affected skin.

In the event of accidental ingestion, contact a physician or poison control center immediately. Some customers may experience a drying of the skin when using this soap, so it's recommended to start with one application per day and gradually increase to the desired frequency, which may be up to two or three times daily, as needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce the application to once a day or every other day, and follow up with a natural moisturizer of your choosing.
